Once you have submitted the form, you will be contacted with your total score (number of eggs) and your NESTS Certifcation Level.

100 eggs: PARTNER level - receive a Certification Certificate of Completion and a NESTS sticker.
150 eggs: GUARDIAN level - receive a Certificate, sticker and a NESTS Yard Sign.
200 or more eggs: CHAMPION level - receive a sticker, Certification Plaque and a NESTS Flag
